Workshops

DRUMBEAT Half-Day (3 hours)

The Drumbeat Business Productivity Workshop can be split over two Half-Days. This is recommended if you want to make sure there is an adoption period with a follow-up session to insure implementation.

The Major elements are the Quick Start Guide to the DRUMBEAT Day, Mindset, Goal Setting and Accountability, a new external Memory Method, Better Sounding Questions, the 7 Skills, Priority Setting, how to master your Must-Do projects, Creative Conflict Resolution, and blending your style with the team and company.

DRUMBEAT mini Day

Instead of two Half-Days, we can present the highlights of the entire system and drill down on a few of the major elements. This option is best if you need to get everyone started on the basics.

DRUMBEAT Full-Day (6 Hours)

This program is APPROVED for a MA Workforce Training Grant. All major elements will be covered. $350 per person, minimum 20 people. We’ll do one half before lunch and the other after lunch. Boston area $7000 per day. Out of town $10,000.

DRUMBEAT Three-Day Intensive

The fastest way to reboot your company culture and to get your team thinking like one. We’ll go over all the major elements of the book, in-depth with bonus content, and customize an entire day based on your specific needs.  $20,000.
